Discounts
Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase. We regret we are unable to offer refunds. However, in the event that you can not use your purchased ticket, we are happy to offer credit for a future performance.

Cell Phones & Cameras
Photos and videos are not permitted during the production.Please remember to SILENCE cell phones prior to the show.

Parking
During the peak tourist season, street parking can be difficult to find. Additional parking is available at the bass pond (at the bottom of the hill on County Road 8) as well as Sylvan Park.

Access
We are proud to offer assisted listening devices, special seating for those with mobility impairments and ASL and audio described interpreted performances. For details, check with our front of house staff.

Concessions
Our theatre lounge is open an hour before the show, during intermission and again after evening performances, serving a variety of beer, wine, other beverages and snacks. For your convenience, you can pre-order your intermission concessions. Food and beverages are not permitted in the theatre.

Dress Code
You’ll see all sorts of dress at the Commonweal. The rule of thumb is: wear what makes you most comfortable. There is a coat rack at the north end of the lobby.
PLEASE NOTE: The temperature in the theatre can be cool – it is advisable to bring a jacket or sweater.

Post-show discussions
We offer post-show discussions with the cast and director after all preview and student matinee performances.

Children at the Theatre
Though the Commonweal strives to offer performance options suitable for the entire family, the age-appropriateness for each show does vary. Contact the box office if you have questions about specific shows.
